This is mainly due to their advantageous properties such as high feed hygiene, largely dust-free, a higher bulk density and thus a lower storage and transport volume.In addition to the precisely dispensed nutrients, the size, hardness and internal structure of the pellets have a major influence on the development of the animals.

Inventories can be carried out at flexible intervals. Our system even allows stocktaking during ongoing operations. Queries can cover the entire warehouse or specific areas. Counts are carried out on a handheld or PC and include time, operator and target/actual values (batch code, expiration date, LHM, packaging). If required, second and third counts can be carried out.
Flexible, individual and traceable.
The process recipe transfers all stored production data for the corresponding line to the control system. Settings for processes such as mixing, grinding or pelleting can also be found in the process recipe. These can be changed manually to maintain flexibility.
Lot and batch-related traceability is ensured at all times and to the full extent due to the order-related execution of the processes.
