Reliability and efficiency of the inbound delivery of raw materials
Orders can be imported from the ERP system or created manually. At the receiving workstation, the order is activated with a specific transaction number when the goods arrive. Loading slips for loading and unloading are created automatically. The system assigns specific operation numbers and destination storage locations for unloading points. Batch codes for loose goods are generated automatically and booked into silo cells. After the first weighing, the operation number must be entered for verification. The second weighing takes place at the assigned scale after filling or blowing in. With integrated sampling, label printing for retained samples is automated. All relevant data can be stored in the process, e.g. stocking and moisture.

Inventories can be carried out at flexible intervals. Our system even allows stocktaking during ongoing operations. Queries can cover the entire warehouse or specific areas. Counts are carried out on a handheld or PC and include time, operator and target/actual values (batch code, expiration date, LHM, packaging). If required, second and third counts can be carried out.

Simple and clear management of your maintenance tasks
Regular maintenance of all areas of the production systems ensures safe operation and protects against system downtime. The ESA maintenance manager supports you in these tasks and gives you freedom in your daily business.
Manage the maintenance intervals for individual units or the entire system and assign maintenance tasks and the necessary activities. A description can be stored for each maintenance activity.
Safety and control are top priority
Every maintenance task carried out is recorded and confirmed by the maintenance personnel. This entry must be confirmed by another authorized person (dual control principle). The maintenance order is updated and the next due date is calculated from the date entered for the last work carried out. A report can be used to print out a list of overdue maintenance work.
