Regardless of whether your raw materials are delivered loose or in bags, with or without sampling - reliability and efficiency play a key role right from the receiving stage. Examples of the tasks covered in the area of raw material delivery: 

Get an overview of the already delivered and outstanding quantities from your suppliers with the help of contracts in ESA. 

Common weighing electronics for bridge scales can be connected for inbound (or outbound) deliveries and used in the system. Initial and second weighings are saved for the order processes and can be retrieved at any time. 

Before the goods can be transported into the silo, the quality must meet the preconceived standards. Samplers can be used to check the quality characteristics and approve the filling process. 

The receipt of raw materials in various container sizes can be identified by scan - including EAN128 - and thus always stored with the correct batch data.

Delivered goods can be relabeled with label printers during data entry so that they are uniformly labeled throughout the facility. 

With the help of automatically generated transport orders, every product finds the right storage location. 

Orders are transferred from the ERP system, delivered quantities and the resulting stocks are reported back to the ERP system.

We ensure a smooth receiving process! 

 

If a bridge scale is available, the receiving process is activated after the initial weighing and a successful quality check. The truck can then transport the goods into the silo. The fill levels, which control the filling process and enable the selection of an alternative silo, are taken into account. After the second weighing, the exact weight is determined and booked into the corresponding silos. 

 

Loading documents for unloading can be generated automatically.

Your goods are delivered packaged? 
We accept the goods in accordance with the batch! 

 

When the order is activated in ESA, the operator is shown all the items it contains on his workstation (handheld, PC or touch screen). The delivered goods can be identified by barcode (EAN128) and transferred with all batch data. It is also possible to block certain goods using an indicator and initiate a quality check.
