Mixing and pressing is controlled according to process recipes consisting of freely definable parameters. Operator-guided control is also possible as an option. The system automatically takes into account the addition of liquids or the steam supply and prompts the addition of components, if necessary. This enables a dynamic process - manual regulation is possible at any time. Examples of the tasks covered in the mixing and pressing area:

Security is created through the connection of metal detectors and separators. Various metal detectors can be stored at the finished goods level. The results are seamlessly logged.
Trend recording makes a significant contribution to optimizing your quality assurance. Standard-compliant traceability is guaranteed at all times.
Samples are taken automatically wherever possible in the process. Where manual sampling is necessary, it is indicated by an instruction requiring a receipt. Sampling is logged on the basis of the user login.
