Our support team is made up exclusively of well-trained and experienced technicians. They can resolve most queries by telephone or remotely. If necessary, an ESA technician can be on site within a very short time (usually within 24 hours in Austria).

With the efficient further development of the ESA weight process control system and other software products, ESA ensures that you have a system tailored to your needs and that you stay up to date with regular updates.

ESA supports you in all matters relating to IT. From diagnostics to classic IT support, the replacement of components directly on site, in-house repairs and complete updates of operating systems. 

From providing the weights to checking and balancing your scales, ESA ensures that they weigh what they weigh. You receive the test and calibration data summarized in a detailed scale protocol.

Thanks to our spare parts warehouse, which is located at our company site in Upper Austria, we can react flexibly and supply you with the required items quickly. In order to be able to react immediately in an emergency, it is an advantage to always have the relevant parts in-house. We will be happy to put together a spare parts package with the most important components to suit your system. 

We use our professional measuring devices to check your electrical installations, regardless of whether they are new or modernized. This gives you the assurance that your installations comply with all safety regulations and legal requirements. 

At your request, we will deal specifically with your concerns at regular intervals. On these days, production is monitored and optimizations, upcoming maintenance, changes and small extensions are carried out in collaboration with you. 

With our IT services, your information technology is always secure and up to date.

 

We offer a comprehensive range of IT services, from consulting and design to the selection, delivery and commissioning of hardware and software for your production IT. With our updates and upgrades of your existing infrastructure and software, your systems are always up to date and well protected. Performance analyses and performance tuning as well as the creation and implementation of IT security concepts round off our IT portfolio.
