Fischer Bread
ESA Software ensures production.
The Upper Austrian traditional brand Fischer Brot produces quality baked goods at two domestic production sites and two more in Lower Austria. With an annual production of significantly over 30,000 tons, the family-owned company is one of the large bakeries in Austria.
In 2007, when the new production site Werk Wien 1 is built in Markgrafneusiedl, east of Vienna, the first Kaiser rolls leave the premises towards customers after only 6 months of construction time.
Quality has tradition
What has stood for quality for over 50 years should continue to do so under new international standards to full satisfaction. The quality requirements were also incorporated into the creation of the new plant, posing the highest challenges to the process control system and its software modules.
Productivity with Quality
Designed for four silos with a capacity of 65 m³ each, with intermediate containers and flow floor discharge with three pass-through locks each. The task included the simultaneous removal of flour and dosing and weighing on three lines. This entire process is coordinated by the ESAweight process control system.
